Tarshis’ books, part of her “I Survived Series”, are popular children’s books that look at survival stories form a child’s point of view. The library distributed more than 300 signed copies of books in the series. Tarshis also made a virtual presentation in May at schools throughout the city and in a session with children who are homeschooled or learning virtually.
